Returns on online courses

In order to apply for a refund on your purchase, please email [email protected] with the following information:
Your name, your email address, the course name and your course enrollment date.
The refund will then be processed and the transaction amount credited to your original payment method.
Please note, no refunds are possible once the 30 day period has elapsed.
Returns on subscriptions, live events or therapy sessions.
We do not offer refunds for subscriptions, live events, personal or relationship therapy sessions or retreats.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from within your membership area.
